Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care reaches 1000+ Google reviews!

After owning Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care for nearly 15 years, I am blown away by the support of our community. We truly practice in one of the best communities of not only Colorado, but of the country. It is a community like ours that recognizes the core value of small businesses and their effect on the community. It is a community like ours in Douglas County that has helped our business achieve a monumental business milestone- reaching 1000+ stars on Google with an average rating of 4.9!
What does this mean to reach 1000+ stars on Google and why is this important? This indicates strong customer satisfaction and trust. It is a rare feat only achieved by an extremely successful business.
Customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction drives return customers and makes our number one generator of new patients to be from word of mouth. Customer satisfaction also helps our practice keep prime staff, as our staff truly loves to interact with our patients on a daily basis. In a world where it is difficult to get a human to answer the phone and assist with your problems, we strive to provide the highest level of customer service. We will do our best to get your question answered by the end of the business day, and we will do our best to get you seen by one of our doctors in a timely fashion.
Trust. Trust is critical in any business, but especially healthcare. You need to not only trust your doctor, but you also need to trust the support staff. At Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care, communication is an integral part of our success and creates the foundation of building trust between the patient, doctor and support staff. We will do our absolute best to meet your expectations and gain your trust.
The journey to earning these stars, has not always been easy nor simple. However, it has been incredibly rewarding. It has involved taking one day at a time and making improvements along the way. When I purchased the practice in 2011, I was in solo practice. We have grown the practice to include three providers: myself- Dr. Jessica Herzog, Dr. Ronnie Pollard, and Dr. Kira Cramer. Originally on Perry St., we are now at a flourishing location in the Castle Rock Advent Health campus. We have also grown our staff from a total of three members to ~15 staff members. We truly are blessed to treat our community, and we will walk beside our patients as we strive to reach the next 1000+ stars.
Thank you,
Dr. Jessica Herzog
