Kira Cramer, DPM

Kira Cramer, DPM, is the newest podiatrist to join the Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care team. Board-qualified for both forefoot and rearfoot /reconstructive surgery, Dr. Cramer is dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to the community of
Castle Rock, Colorado.

Dr. Cramer completed her bachelor of science in Biology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she fought on the world collegiate taekwondo team and worked as a student athletic trainer for the NCAA championship women’s soccer team. Her experience competing, coaching, and working in the athletic training room helped cultivate her passion for sports medicine.

She earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California and completed a comprehensive foot and ankle surgical residency in Denver at Highlands-Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center. In her final year, she served as chief resident and volunteered her services on a medical mission trip to Yantalo, Peru, with the non-profit organization Essential Strides.

Although she grew up in Southern California, Dr. Cramer has spent the last several years in Denver, Colorado, where she completed her surgical residency training. Her love of the Rocky Mountains and winter sports has made Colorado an easy place to call home. She enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, and traveling, as well as cooking and spending time with her friends and family.

At Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care, Dr. Cramer treats a wide variety of foot and ankle pathologies, including sports injuries, forefoot and rearfoot deformities, arthroscopy, trauma, arthritic conditions, and total joint replacement. She looks forward to meeting new patients!

Jessica Herzog, DPM

Dr. Jessica Herzog provides exceptional foot and ankle care as a Board-Certified foot and ankle surgeon at Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care. Dr. Herzog earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, graduating magna cum laude. She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, graduating summa cum laude. She then earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Chicago, Illinois. She then completed her comprehensive foot ankle surgical residency program at the Highlands/ Presbyterian St. Luke’s Program in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Herzog is dedicated to providing exceptional care for all of her patients, which involves taking several factors into consideration to create a treatment plan. She bases this personalized plan on the patient’s lifestyle, living situation, and long-term plans/goals. Dr. Herzog also shows a strong commitment to the Castle Rock and surrounding community as a whole by participating in local events, including races, chamber events and at her local church.

Dr. Herzog also participates in medical legal work. She actively does work with chart reviews and independent medical examinations. She enjoys the opportunity this provides to expand the scope of practice for Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care. She loves the attention to detail and accuracy this requires.
Dr. Herzog, who grew up in the Midwest, enjoys spending time outdoors and participating in activities such as running, road/mountain biking, playing tennis and hiking. When she’s not busy doing outdoor activities, she enjoys cooking, traveling and playing the piano. She also embraces the time she spends on her ranch, working outside and exploring nature. She loves doing these things alongside her husband and two children.

Ronnie Pollard, DPM

In her professional life, Dr. Pollard is a Board Certified podiatric physician specializing in lower extremity diagnoses, treatment, and after care. Dr. Pollard completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Denver before attending Midwestern University where she graduated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. After Midwestern, Dr. Pollard completed Denver’s rigorous 3-year Highlands Podiatric Residency Program and has amassed thousands of hours of surgical and clinical treatment experience. Dr. Pollard takes a family focused approach to her practice making sure that her patients are comfortable, confident, and prepared for the treatment plan that she recommends and is sure to adjust strategies based on patient feedback as they heal.

Away from the office, Dr. Pollard has three wonderful children and loves spending time outdoors with her family. Dr. Pollard trains and races in running and multi-sport events and is a 2x Ironman Finisher! She also enjoys traveling to new places and exploring all that new destinations have to offer.
