Jessica L. Herzog, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Jessica Herzog received her undergraduate degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a B.A. of Zoology. While attending the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois, she received a B.S. of Biological Sciences. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Herzog successfully completed her 3-year foot and ankle surgical residency at the Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke's program in Denver, Colorado. She is a Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon through the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Herzog is originally from Ohio and enjoys being part of the involved local community similar to her upbringing. She values the times when she can embrace the opportunities to run, mountain and road bike, hike, play tennis and spend time at her home in Castle Rock with her husband, Ryan, and son, Theodore (Thor). As a fellow small business owner of POMR (Path of Most Resistance), an elite strength and conditioning business, they appreciate the value of superior customer service. They both appreciate every opportunity to relax with friends and family, enjoy beautiful Colorado and travel as much as possible.
Dr. Herzog demonstrates sincerity, integrity and genuine care with each of her patients. She prides herself on taking time with each patient in order to base her treatment plan on their individual situations and long-term goals. She believes in investing time in her patients and the Castle Rock community. She thrives on continued learning, teaching and striving to provide the best medical care. You will find her at many events with the Castle Rock and Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce, volunteering at many local events and competing in local races such as E-Rock.
Paul A. Stone, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Paul Stone received his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a B.S. of Microbiology/Immunology. He then received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Stone successfully completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at the Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke's program in Denver, Colorado. He is a Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon through the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.
After growing up in southeastern Michigan, Dr. Stone decided to make his way west and embrace the Colorado way of life. He believes in staying active year-round, enjoying golf, skiing, snowboarding and motorcycle riding. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Gail, in the Castle Rock and Castle Pines community, where he is a local resident. They enjoy time with their two grown sons, family and friends. They are avid travelers and enjoy exploring cultures worldwide.
Dr. Stone enjoys treating patients of all ages and sincerely invests time in each patient. He specializes in complex foot and ankle problems with special emphasis on complex surgical repair, injury repair and sports injuries. He is certified in total ankle joint replacement surgery. Dr. Stone is passionate about teaching young doctors and contributing to foot & ankle medical advances; he is currently the Director of Post-graduate education at Presbyterian/St. Lukes's residency program here in Denver, CO.
Kelly Marsh- Office Manager / Marketing Director
Kelly Marsh received her B.S. from Illinois State University, where she studied Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. She worked in the graphic design field for 15 years before she decided to pursue a career in the administrative medical field.
While she enjoyed her time as a graphic designer, she found her true calling working and interacting with patients on a daily basis. After eight years of front-office responsibilities, she was promoted to Office Manager and Marketing Director. You will often see Kelly out in our community, as she is very philanthropic. She is president of her Castle Rock High Noon Rotary Club and is a member of The Greater Castle Rock Art Guild. Her giving personality shines through with our patients as well. Their well-being is her first priority.
Kelly moved to Colorado in 2000 from a brief stay on the East coast, and before that, from where she was raised in Illinois. Colorado is a destination state for her and she enjoys taking advantage of all the state has to offer. When she’s not at the office, she spends time volunteering for charities, doing photography and spending time with her fiancé, Darrin, daughters Carly and Laney, and her friends and extended family.
Erin Braun- Medical Assistant / Back Office Coordinator
Erin Braun graduated from ThunderRidge High School in 2009, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Wanting to pursue a career in the medical field, she decided to attend Anthem College in Aurora, Colorado. Graduating as a Medical Assistant Alpha Beta Kappa with high honors, she completed her externship at a Concentra Urgent Care. For the future, Erin is continuing her education to pursue a career as a Nurse Practitioner.
As the medical assistant of Dr. Herzog, Erin is pleased to know every patient at Castle Rock Foot and Ankle Care. Her passion for her work can be seen in her ability to recall each patient’s needs and in her innate desire to go above and beyond to see those needs met. Having been with the practice since 2011, Erin has an extensive knowledge base that allows her to extend the best possible care. Her compassionate personality puts our patients at ease, welcoming both existing and new people into our office every day. She is a vital asset to our team, benefiting patients and coworkers alike.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys being outside and staying healthy with her husband, Hank. In her free time, she runs and hikes with her husband and their rescued dog, Berkley, from the Castle Rock Dumb Friends League. She loves what Colorado has to offer and is going to keep the state her permanent home.
Erin Nicole Joyner- Medical Assistant
Colleen Wenchell- Front Office Coordinator
Colleen Wenchell is a New York native, and she has been living in Colorado for almost 2 years now. Before getting into the healthcare field, Colleen worked in retail. After some time, she decided she wanted to make a positive influence in people’s lives. In 2010, Colleen signed up at a trade school for Medical Billing, where she learned the ins and outs of the office/billing side of the healthcare field. She completed her Medical Billing Certification and has been working in the healthcare field since 2011.
When you come to our office, Colleen is the first to greet you. She enjoys making our patients feel welcome. There is always talking and laughing in the waiting room due to Colleen’s outgoing personality, and the occasional slip of the New York accent.
Colleen enjoys the life Colorado has to offer, and her love for the outdoors has grown in leaps and bounds. When she’s not working she enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, spending time with family, going to the gym, going for walks, cooking and especially spending time with her new puppy Tucker. Even though she is a New York native, she is a true Denver Broncos fan at heart.
Mary Ann Schneller- Billing Specialist
Mary Ann Schneller is an HIM specialist and medical billing specialist. She obtained an HIT degree and an RHIT certification in 2015. She is a Colorado native, raised in Sterling, and has been a Castle Rock resident for 15 years.
Jenna Newton- Licensed Advanced Pedicurist and Manicurist
Jenna graduated from Artistic Beauty College in 2007 with a cosmetology license and has been working in the industry every since. She is a people-person and loves to make people feel and look their best.
Jenna took some time off from the beauty industry to pursue other careers and was working towards her Bachelors of Science in Biology. She then decided to put her education on hold to take care of her small children, Kolton and Kyrann, she has with her husband Josh.
As a Colorado Native, Jenna loves to be outdoors. She enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, horse back riding and rock climbing. She also owns horses, dogs, goats and chickens that take up a majority of her free time.
